These terms regulate the relationship between the Customer and Firebrand Nordic A/S (hereinafter referred to as Firebrand). These terms are valid for all orders made to Firebrand and any exceptions must be agreed upon in writing.
Fees and Charges

1.1 The Customer will be invoiced for the full fee at time of completing the order.

1.2 Payment of the full fee is due 14 days from date of invoice. If the invoice is received later than 30 days before Course start the invoice is due upon receipt.

1.3 If payment has not been made on the due date, i.e. 14 days after ordering at the latest (see section 1.2), Firebrand reserves the right to charge the customer for interest, notice fees and collection costs. The interest is calculated from the invoice amount with 1/6 of the at any time applicable discount rate per started month, however, with a minimum of 1.75 % per starting month starting from due date.

1.4 All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT.

Cancellation, Rescheduling and Refunds
2.1 At any time up to 30 days prior to the commencement date of the Course or Firebrand Academy Programme for which a Customer is registered, the Customer shall be entitled to reschedule without penalty to a future Course, subject to availability.

2.2 If a Customer wishes to reschedule less than 30 days prior to the commencement of the Course or Firebrand Academy Programme, Firebrand has the right to consider it as a cancellation in accordance with section 2.4.

2.3 At any time up to 30 days prior to the commencement date of the Course or Firebrand Academy Programme for which a Customer is registered the Customer shall be entitled to cancel that registration subject only to Firebrand’s right to charge the Customer in respect of administration costs, the cost of any Course materials, the cost of development for the specific Course the Customer is registered for, or Firebrand Academy Recruitments already supplied by Firebrand to the Customer.

2.4 If the Customer wishes to cancel less than 30 days prior to the commencement date for the Course or Academy Programme for which the Customer is registered, then all Course Fees already paid by the Customer shall be forfeit and those Course Fees which were due but unpaid at the date of cancellation shall remain due and payable.

2.5 If the person intended to attend the Course or Firebrand Academy Programme for some reason is unable to attend the Course, the Customer can change name of student any day until 16 days prior course start. If customer would like to change name later than 16 days prior course or Firebrand Academy Programme start please note that additional fees may apply.

2.6 Firebrand reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any Course or Firebrand Academy Programme where Firebrand reasonably believes that it is impractical to run a particular Course or where the number of Customers enrolled for a particular Course makes it uneconomical for Firebrand to run that Course or Firebrand Academy Programme at that time or at all. In any such case Firebrand shall endeavour to notify the Customer of any such rescheduling or cancellation at the earliest opportunity and Firebrand shall bear no liability in respect of such rescheduling or cancellation save that Firebrand shall reimburse all Fees already paid if the Customer does not wish to attend any future Course or Firebrand Academy Programme, less the cost of any materials already supplied to the Customer.

Rights in Course Materials
3.1 The property and any copyright or other intellectual property rights in any Course Materials shall belong to Firebrand, subject only to the right of the Customer to use the Course Materials for the purposes of the Course and for the Customer’s own personal use and information.

3.2 The Customer shall not be entitled to copy the Course Materials or any part thereof without the express permission of Firebrand.

Warranties and Liability
4.1 Firebrand warrants to the Customer that the Course(s) or Academy Programmes will be provided using reasonable care and skill and, as far as reasonably possible, in accordance with the published literature on the Firebrand website.

4.2 Firebrand shall not be liable to the Customer or be deemed to be in breach of the Contract by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of Firebrand’s obligations in relation to the Course or Academy Programme, if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond Firebrand’s reasonable control.

Certification Guarantee
5.1 If the Customer fails to achieve the relevant certification after initial completion of the Course then the Customer shall be permitted to return to the same Course as many times as required during the 12 month period following attendance of the Course subject only to availability of Courses and payment by the Customer of accommodation fees, any exam fees, any costs for Online Lab access and such other incidental expenses or charges (if any) that may be incurred by the Customer or which may reasonably be levied by Firebrand.

5.2 The Customer is expected to bring their Course materials when attending Courses under the Certification Guarantee. Should the Courseware have updated and you would like to purchase this, a charge will be made.

6.1 These Conditions (together with the additional terms, if any, confirmed in writing by Firebrand at time of completing the order) constitute the entire agreement between the parties, supersede any previous agreement or understanding and may not be varied except in writing between the parties.

6.2 Danish law shall apply and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts.

6.3 If nothing else is mentioned in the published information or proposal by Firebrand, the Course or Firebrand Academy Programme will be conducted in English.

6.4 Please note that filming and photography may take place at the training centre. This media may be used by Firebrand and its affiliate organisations for both security and promotional reasons. By entering the training centre you hereby acknowledge and consent to such recordings being made. Please note that we are entitled to make full use of any film and/or recording in all current and future media worldwide without any liability or payment to you.
